1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Arlo Keyboard ("Arlo", "the App", "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Arlo Keyboard ("we", "us", or "our").

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, these Terms shall prevail regarding the specific features of Arlo.

2. Description of Service

Arlo is an AI-powered keyboard application for iOS devices that provides:

• Smart text suggestions and auto-completion
• AI-generated responses based on screenshots
• Text transformation and style adjustment features
• Multi-language translation capabilities

3. Eligibility

To use Arlo, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. User Account and Subscriptions

4.1 Free Features

Arlo offers limited free features including basic AI assistance with daily usage limits.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Arlo Pro offers unlimited AI assistance and additional features through a paid subscription. Subscription details:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Arlo to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Create or distribute spam, phishing content, or malware
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other individuals
• Generate content that exploits minors in any way
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Nature of AI Responses

Arlo uses artificial intelligence to generate text suggestions. You understand and acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI suggestions before sending
• AI responses are suggestions only and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice

6.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you send using AI-generated suggestions. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated text.

6.3 Social Outcomes

Arlo is a communication assistant intended for entertainment and utility. We do not guarantee specific social outcomes, including but not limited to: successful dates, improved relationships, or professional advancement. You acknowledge that social interactions are complex and that sending AI-generated content is done at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

Arlo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you input into Arlo. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of Arlo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, or appropriate
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arlo Keyboard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App provider is located.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
